Overview
 Module
3 focuses on health records and forms used in clinics, as well as on
billing and collections procedures. The module discusses the importance
of health records, including their vital role in malpractice cases.
The module also provides information about the Health Insurance Portability
and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and explains how to set up a billing
and collections system and who is responsible for billing and collections.
