Overview
Module 2 focuses on human resources. The module discusses how to develop
a staff handbook; staff recruitment, retention, and orientation; and
credentialing and privileging. The module also provides information
about salaried staff vs. contractors and volunteers, as well as guidance
pertaining to training and continuing education (CE).
