It may be helpful to obtain expert assistance when writing a business
plan. Service Corps
of Retired Executives (SCORE)
provides such assistance at no cost. Several
online resources that may be useful are also available. Sample business

Capital Link has developed a
how-to manual called Creating
a Business Plan for a Community Health Center Capital Project;
and the U.S.
Small Business Administration’s Web site includes
a “Starting Your Business” section that offers a startup
kit with step-by-step instructions for developing a business plan.
