Post-Tests
Post-tests are available in two formats: for no credit (for your own self-assessment) and for two continuing education (CE) credits.
Two CE credits are awarded to those in the dental profession through Lutheran Medical Center (LMC). LMC is an American Dental Association Continuing Education Recognition Program (ADA CERP) recognized provider. There is no charge for CE credits.
Requirements for Continuing Education Credits
- This course is offered to the dental profession in a cooperative educational venture with Lutheran Medical Center, an ADA CERP recognized provider. The entire course must be completed to receive 2 continuing education credits. No partial credit will be awarded.
- CE credit for this activity is available from May 1, 2010 to April 30, 2012.
- CE credits issued for participation in the CE activity may not apply toward license renewal in all licensing jurisdictions. It is the responsibility of each participant to verify the CE requirements of his/her licensing or regulatory agency.
- It is the responsibility of participants to retain documentation verifying participation in CE activities and to submit copies to their individual licensing boards as required.
- There is no charge to take the course and no charge for CE credits.
- To receive CE credits you must read the five modules, register, and successfully complete the post-tests. Approximately 1 month after you successfully complete the course, you will receive a certificate via e-mail.
